Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative dispute resolution, usually referred to as ADR, is the collective term for the ways that parties can settle civil disputes, with the help of an independent third party and without the need for a formal court hearing. All of the attorneys in the ADR Group are members of MCM’s Commercial Litigation Group and thus have substantial experience representing clients in adversarial situations. In addition, certain members of the ADR Group have certified training necessary to be placed on the Minnesota Supreme Court’s roster of qualified ADR neutrals. We have attorneys skilled in resolving disputes in the following areas:
- Commercial and business disputes
- Construction defects, delay and other claims
- Employment issues
- Family law issues
- Franchise issues
- Personal injury matters
- Real estate and eminent domain issues
