We are always interested in talking to member level attorneys
who have a practice compatible with our own and who are self
sustaining. Indeed, the vast majority of our current members
started their careers somewhere else and moved to MCM to enhance
their career possibilities. In addition, from time to time we
need to supplement our existing associate corps with lateral
