Biography
Kelley R. Lorix has used his client-oriented approach to general civil litigation for over 25 years. His experience includes the handling of major personal injury, medical malpractice and product liability matters, business and commercial dispute resolution, and an extensive practice in matters of matrimonial law including divorce, property and child custody. He also represents businesses in contract and lease disputes and related complex commercial litigation. He is further skilled in the handling of significant liquor liability and commercial liability claims.
With his extensive litigation experience, Kelley is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the MSBA and National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is also a qualified neutral for both arbitration and mediation in general civil litigations and the family law arena.
He has the distinction of being designated since 1999 as a “Leading American Attorney” in the area of civil litigation. He is a frequent guest lecturer at legal education seminars, and is active in the Hennepin County Legal Referral and Advice Service.
