Biography

Daniel J. Sathre is an associate in the Commercial Litigation, Real Estate Law & Litigation and Appellate Law practice groups.  Prior to joining MCM, Daniel served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable John Q. McShane in Minnesota’s Fourth Judicial District Court.  There, Daniel gained extensive litigation experience from the trial court’s perspective.  While in law school, Daniel was selected to the Notre Dame Moot Court Board, where he briefed and argued an appeal before a three-judge panel in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Since joining MCM, Daniel has written for legal publications including the Minnesota Contract Law Deskbook and has lectured and presented at legal education seminars on principles of contract and construction law.  Daniel’s experience and hard work have resulted in successful outcomes for a broad range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to Fortune 100 Corporations.
